The Scienceway CO₂ Fly Laser Marking Machine is a high speed, fully automatic conveyor integrated solution designed for continuous production environments.
The Scienceway
CO₂ Fly Laser Marking Machine is a high‑speed, fully automatic conveyor‑integrated
solution designed for continuous production environments. Leveraging CO₂
laser technology at ~10.6 µm wavelength, it enables on‑the‑fly marking
without stopping the product—ideal for printing batch codes, expiry dates,
barcodes, QR codes, and logos directly on moving materials like PET bottles,
packaging films, cartons, glass, and plastics.
Equipped
with a galvanometer scanning system, the machine synchronizes with
conveyor motion for seamless, high-precision marking at line speeds
reaching over 100 m/min. Within minutes, it can mark large volumes while
maintaining crisp, permanent results without physical contact or
consumables.
Engineered
for industrial use, this model excels in sectors such as food &
beverage, pharmaceuticals, personal care bottles, tobacco packaging, and
glassware. Its contact-free process, no-wear operation, and environmentally
friendly design make it a cost‑effective and reliable alternative to ink‑based
coding systems.
