tamper-evident, and leak-proof foil seals on capped containers like
bottles, jars, and drums. Employing non-contact electromagnetic induction,
it instantly melts aluminum-foil liners inside caps to produce a hermetic
seal—without heat affecting the container or its contents
Built for
demanding industrial environments—such as pharmaceuticals,
food & beverage, cosmetics, chemicals, and oils—it is especially
well-suited to sealing larger caps up to approximately 100–130 mm in diameter
With a lightweight,
ergonomic design, the DGYF‑600C offers flexible use for inline production
or mobile batch sealing. Its adjustable sealing settings and built-in
safety controls ensure consistent, repeatable seal quality—even in varied
